I wrote this setting of O Master, Let Me Walk with Thee for the Friday Lenten series at a friend's church a few years ago. My goal was to echo the eternal by denaturing the regular triple meter of the hymn by contrasting it against an ostinato played by the celestes and being a little mischievous with additive rhythm with the choral tune.
I'm not altogether sure that I was successful in that goal, but I'm still pleased with how the piece turned out. I hope it may be useful to you.
